Christie is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our corporate marketing organization. You’ll be an integral part of a digital marketing team that is passionate about creating exceptional online user experiences and generating demand for Sales.

As the person managing the content on our global English website and online properties, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging, best in class online experience that upholds our brand. Help us work towards a more personalized experience for our partners and customers, utilizing advanced features of our modern content / customer experience management platform.

Collaborate with other marketers to optimize site content for search and implement strong calls to action that drive up conversions. Alongside your digital marketing colleagues, you’ll support campaigns, product launches and event attendance with a variety of online assets and activities. Measure and report on performance by leveraging analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio and PowerBI.

We don’t need a web developer, but if you’ve got HTML and CSS coding skills, they’ll serve you well in this role. Have experience with Photoshop or other tools within the Adobe Suite? That’s a bonus. We have an abundance of fantastic content and a fast-paced work environment, so you need to be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

In this role you will: 

  • Support divisional strategy: Assist in the development of digital marketing plans to support Christie’s multiple divisions, products, and solutions.
  • Manage and publish content across our global website, microsites, and landing pages. Leverage marketing strategy, SEO and SEM skills, while collaborating with divisional stakeholders to optimize site content for search. Also continually seek out opportunities to improve our conversion rate.
  • Campaign coordination: Support the Manager of Digital Marketing in executing digital marketing activities for a variety of brands and technologies while ensuring alignment with divisional objectives. Promote and optimize relevant marketing materials for our online visitors in alignment with Christie’s website user personas. Evolve online content across Christie’s regional partner portals to promote new product launches, pricing updates and customized programs to B2B dealers and customers.
  • Collaborate: Leverage your strong communication skills when working with other members of the digital marketing team, marketing managers, product managers and other stakeholders to publish visually engaging online content and campaign materials in accordance with specified timelines.
  • Structure, design and develop: Leverage the global CMS to help develop intuitive navigation paths and user experiences with the goal of creating a personalized digital experience that are tailored to specific customer types and optimize the experience over time through research and analytics.
  • Analyze, report, improve: Undertake regular reporting of website activities. Monitor specific performance metrics (KPI’s) and suggest appropriate modifications for continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships: by working with other corporate departments that are responsible for contributing online content and assets. Strive to improve and streamline routine processes for updating documentation and other web content.
  • Keep up with online trends: Monitor online trends and recommend new digital technologies, solutions, and opportunities to help improve the online customer experience. 


  • Degree or Diploma, with a major in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent  
  • 2-4 years’ experience in online marketing 
  • Excellent MS Office computer skills: ability to use data, complete analysis, create and deliver presentations. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that requires self-motivation and personal responsibility 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across a large global and multi-national corporation 
  • Experience managing web content and landing pages. An understanding of the principles of template layouts. 
  • Proven analytic skills and experience using online monitoring and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag manager and SEO Moz. Demonstrated ability to analyze results and leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement on future campaigns and digital marketing programs. 
  • Strong skills working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be an asset. Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS would be an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 or other CRM and marketing automation systems would be a bonus.
